The NeuroStructural Chiropractic Exam is thorough and designed to pinpoint the exact nature of any Structural Shifts. The exam includes:

  • A complete series of precision 3D CBCT imaging of your cervical spine, along with digital structural radiographs (x-rays) if necessary
  • Digital structural symmetry analysis
  • Functional cervical assessment
  • Supporting orthopedic and neurological tests
  • Functional cerebellar testing

Please come dressed appropriately for your exam. You will need gym shorts or athletic pants without metal fasteners, and women should wear a sports bra without underwire.

The NeuroStructural Chiropractic Exam is specifically designed to detect the Atlas Displacement Complex and other structural shifts in the spine.

After your exam, we’ll schedule a follow-up appointment to review your results, go over the diagnostic imaging together and perform your first Atlas Correction. During this visit, Dr. McCanse will explain your specific Structural Shift, outline his recommendations for your care and deliver your first structural correction (Atlas adjustment).
