Dr. Andrew McCanse

Dr. Andrew McCanse earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, CA. He then took his expertise to Peru, South America, where he spent three years practicing and managing clinics across the country, including in Tarapoto, Tacna, Arequipa, and Sicuani.

Dr. McCanse is passionate about helping individuals recover their health and achieve optimal function. He is one of the few doctors trained in the NUCCA protocol for structural correction as well as Orthospinology. His approach focuses on image-guided structural correction of the Atlas Displacement Complex, offering relief for conditions such as Post-Concussion Syndrome (PCS), chronic migraines, Trigeminal Neuralgia, neck pain, Meniere’s, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue.

A founding member of the Vermont Concussion Collaborative, Dr. McCanse is dedicated to advancing care and finding solutions for those with neurological and structural challenges. In 2024, he co-authored a paper in the Journal of Healthcare: Plain Radiography: A Unique Component of Spinal Assessment and Predictive Health, contributing to the field’s understanding of spinal health.

Dr. McCanse currently serves on the Board of Orthospinology, furthering his commitment to the advancement of Upper Cervical Chiropractic care.

In addition to his professional work, Dr. McCanse is actively engaged in his community. He is involved in the Vermont Concussion Collaborative and is a member of Leadership Champlain's Class of 2017.

Professional Memberships

Together with his partner, Dr. Allison Bogan, Dr. McCanse decided to settle in Vermont to bring NeuroStructural Chiropractic spinal care and enhance health and vitality to the people of Vermont and the Northeast. Together, they founded Precision Chiropractic in Williston, where they provide NeuroStructural Correction chiropractic care, teach educational classes, and empower individuals and families to reach higher levels of health and wellness.

Their vision is a vibrant, connected community where individuals and families thrive, heal, and grow together — a place where everyone is living to their fullest potential and inspired to share their unique gifts. It’s a world where people live with purpose, peace, and ease.

Dr. Allison Bogan

Dr. Allison was born and raised at the Jersey Shore and double majored in finance and marketing at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. In undergrad she envisioned a future of becoming an accountant, working with numbers and spreadsheets living at the beach in the Carolinas….but luckily life lead her to becoming a chiropractor working with the body, living in the woods in VT…and nothing could be more perfect than that.

She received her doctorate in the Bay Area of California at Life Chiropractic College West in 2011, graduated Magna Cum Laude, and received the Life Chiropractic College West Clinic Excellence Award.

In 2012 Dr. Bogan began her studies in osteopathy with the Barral Institute studying visceral and neural manipulation therapy as well as osteopathic cranial adjusting. In 2017, Dr. Bogan had the privilege to study and mentor with Sandy Morningstar studying Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy as well as Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology.

Later in 2019 she continued her studies in osteopathy with the Chikly Institute in Brain Therapy.

Dr. Allison is an active member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and has received extensive training in pediatric and prenatal chiropractic care through their post-doctorate training program.

Dr. Allison is endlessly fascinated by the entirety that makes up the human being. She has a deep curiosity in the workings of the mind and body and how our lived experiences have shaped and wired who we are and how we operate. She continues to take deep dives into the areas of physiology, anatomy, neurology, philosophy, psychology, somatics and spirituality. In 2018, she completed a 500hr Hatha Yoga Teacher Training through the Raja Yoga Academy. In April of 2024 she completed a 180hr certification in Psychosynthesis (Transpersonal Psychology) with the Psychosynthesis Center of San Francisco. In 2025, she began studying NeuroEmotional Technique and will become certified in NET in January 2027.

Jessica O'Brien, Office Manager

Jessica is an amazing compliment to our office and she will make you feel right at home when you come in for your appointments. Jessica takes the lead at the front desk and beyond to assist the office in taking the best care of our patients!

Jessica is excited to be a member of the Precision Chiropractic team. Since the age of 16, Jessica has been learning A LOT about health and healing modalities like reflexology, reiki, chakra balancing, hypnotherapy, and aromatherapy to ionic foot baths and salt cave mediations. In undergrad, she studied business and science, and later completed a massage certification.

When she is not attending classes or working, she enjoys being outside as much as possible. Her favorite outdoor activity is hiking on trails through the backwoods of Vermont, where she has lived most of her life. She loves to set out on the road in search of waterfalls or swim holes, you can find her enjoying heated yoga classes and water sports too. She is always on the lookout for new and interesting recipes to cook with her friends and family.

She loves assisting the wonderful community of patients at Precision and hearing their amazing journeys and success stories.

Casey Carmolli, Administrative Assistant

Casey is pleased to be part of the Precision Chiropractic team. Her first introduction to Dr. Andrew and Dr. Allison’s practice was through one of their Migraine and Headache Workshops.

Casey is an active member of the nearby Essex Junction community where she lives with her husband and two daughters. Originally from Rhode Island, she attended the University of Vermont and had the good fortune to return to and settle in the Green Mountain State.

When she’s not in the office, you can find Casey out in nature, taking pictures, volunteering at her daughters’ schools, shuttling kids around, and playing the flute in the Williston Town Band. Come listen on Wednesday evenings in the summer! She loves to read and music is an important part of her life. Other favorite front desks she has worked behind were at a bookstore and a history museum.

Sharing in Dr. Andrew and Dr. Allison’s vision for their practice and the community, she loves getting to know Precision Chiropractic’s patients and accompanying them on their journeys to better health. She is a friendly face helping our patients navigate their phases of chiropractic care.

Kristina Sievert, Administrative Assistant

Kristina is excited to be a part of the team at Precision Chiropractic, working as an Administrative Assistant alongside Jess and Casey.

Kristina grew up outside out Boston and has been living in Burlington for 10 years. After college, she graduated from culinary school and worked in the restaurant industry for many years.

Outside of the office, she enjoys gardening and landscaping whenever the weather permits. Other hobbies include cooking, traveling, and enjoying local standup comedy — sometimes even performing!

Kristina looks forward to making meaningful connections with patients every day.
